I just upgraded my original 360 to this new one yesterday and I'm really liking it. Like the specs say, it really does run whisper quiet. I was a little disappointed in the AV cable though since it's only for Standard Definition tv setup for the price I paid on it, but I'm still happy with my system. Another difference with this console is that the warranty is only 1 year compared to the 3 year for the original 360 console which, if your warranty is still active on your current console, you probably can hold off on upgrading your system until something like the Kinect is released. I'm also excited on the 250GB hard drive, which provides more than enough space for movie, tv show, music, and video game storage.
