So, my stars... ignore them. I have yet to receive my console and you better believe me when I say I will shop cautiously from Amazon from this day forward. I ordered my console on the 16th... they claimed to have four in stock. Excellent, right? Not so much... my console has been sitting in a wear house, ready to ship for DAYS. I contacted Amazon about why it hadn't shipped yet, their response was less than appealing. "Because you used the free saver shipping, we reserve the right to take up to 5 days of proccessing and it appears yours is doing just that." Me: "But what is the point of holding it for that long? It doesn't save you any money by with holding a product that is ready to be shipped..." Them: "Don't worry sir, we see you are upset and since its in the wearhouse already it'll deffinately be out by the estimated ship day of the 23rd. WHAT THE HECK? No where did it say that, and to add insult to injury its the 24th and they just PROCCESSED it to be picked up, hasn't even left yet! I called again today and got the same story of 'oh I don't know why it didn't ship yet.' I informed her I would weigh this with any future amazon purchases, I've spent thousand and thousands of dollars on amazon, and have been an amazon prime member forever and I just recently cancled it so I understand what people who don't give them 79.99/yr for expedited shipping has to deal with now. I order from NewEgg monthly, free shipping when to my avail and I pay when not... and never ONCE did I ever have an issue like this... 9 days in a wearhouse (7 excluding non business) and its not even out yet. I am currently disgusted with a multi billion dollar company who sits on parcells for which they claim is 'cheaper' for them to do... support local stores guys, I would of had this already.Get more detail about Xbox 360 250GB Elite Console.
